Returns Policy

All customers adhere to the return policy set herein, this policy strictly applied to all transactions involved. If the customers do not agree to any of terms set here forth, they are kindly asked to return their unopened, unaltered purchases at once for a full refund. Once the products are opened, they constitute abiding legally to these terms.

All sales are final, no refund is accepted. Returns only accepted for any factory defect products and for the replacement of identical products only, if no similar products are available, store credit will be issued to the original buyer. No exceptions. Unless prior notice is given, Eplanet N.V. makes no assurances to any fitness or ability for the use of our products under any circumstances. There is no return on products for the inability to perform certain functions assumed by the customer unless otherwise prior to our technician's notice. All product returns must accompanied by its sales receipt and the original packaging, these include but not limited to: box, manuals, installation guides, sticker seals, software CDs and cables, whichever applicable. No merchandise shall be accepted without the original packaging. Any used, missing or damaged products, components or accompanying items will result in rejection of the return, at Eplanet N.V.’s sole option.

Under no circumstances can the following products be returned:

 • Discontinued items
 • Special order items
 • Literature
 • Items for which manufacturers will not accept returns
 • Items not purchased through Eplanet N.V.
 • Products modified by the customer without authorization
 • Open units, units which require re-boxing, or units in an unsuitable resale condition
 • Closeout, remanufactured and refurbished products

All returns must be made within 15 days after the original purchase date. There is a restocking fee of 10% applied to the original invoice for the returns made within the stipulated period.
